Senior Director, Technical Program Management – AI/ML

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Oversee the development and enhancement of AI-driven platforms, systems, and capabilities.

• Manage a portfolio of AI/ML investments.

• Lead a team of senior leaders in program management.

• Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders.

• Collaborate to establish and monitor success metrics at the portfolio level.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 12 years of experience in Program Management, Technical Program Management, or related fields.

• Demonstrated experience in leading portfolio-level programs that span multiple teams and product areas.

• Proven success in navigating uncertain environments.

• Strong people management skills, including experience in managing managers.

• Extensive knowledge of agile, lean, and iterative delivery models, with the capacity to adapt these methods to non-traditional workflows.
