Enterprise Program Manager – Temporary Position, 18months

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the success of country-level Enterprise and LED/LPS programs.

• Collaborate with Sales to create business plans aimed at expanding enterprise accounts.

• Execute large, integrated Enterprise contract solutions.

• Oversee strategic customer relationships to enhance retention and growth.

• Promote a customer-first approach to service delivery and satisfaction.

• Coordinate efforts among cross-functional teams, including Sales, Service Delivery, LED, and local teams.

• Develop scalable tools, processes, and delivery models for new customer locations.

• Manage project plans, budgets, timelines, resources, risks, and milestones.

• Track account performance, gross margins, and necessary improvement actions.

• Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for LPS, lab productivity, and enterprise service solutions.

• Support global and regional strategic initiatives and the introduction of new service products.

• Provide stakeholders with updates on project progress, finances, and customer status.

• Travel up to 10% as needed to support suppliers, customers, and internal business requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in advanced account and relationship management.

• A strong passion and background in customer service delivery management.

• Project Management qualification or substantial experience in managing enterprise-wide solution project deployments.

• In-depth understanding and experience in Quality Control and Pharmaceutical GMP Environments.

• Excellent interpersonal and influencing abilities.

• Skills in team building/development and cross-functional leadership.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both the local language and English, with a proven capability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.

• Results-driven with strong leadership, client-facing, and diplomatic skills.

• Demonstrated business acumen, with the ability to listen to and comprehend client needs.

• Proven capability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong understanding of data analytics and ability to interpret data effectively.
