This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
β’ Take charge of the success of country-level Enterprise and LED/LPS programs.
β’ Collaborate with Sales to create business plans aimed at expanding enterprise accounts.
β’ Execute large, integrated Enterprise contract solutions.
β’ Oversee strategic customer relationships to enhance retention and growth.
β’ Promote a customer-first approach to service delivery and satisfaction.
β’ Coordinate efforts among cross-functional teams, including Sales, Service Delivery, LED, and local teams.
β’ Develop scalable tools, processes, and delivery models for new customer locations.
β’ Manage project plans, budgets, timelines, resources, risks, and milestones.
β’ Track account performance, gross margins, and necessary improvement actions.
β’ Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for LPS, lab productivity, and enterprise service solutions.
β’ Support global and regional strategic initiatives and the introduction of new service products.
β’ Provide stakeholders with updates on project progress, finances, and customer status.
β’ Travel up to 10% as needed to support suppliers, customers, and internal business requirements.
β’ Proven experience in advanced account and relationship management.
β’ A strong passion and background in customer service delivery management.
β’ Project Management qualification or substantial experience in managing enterprise-wide solution project deployments.
β’ In-depth understanding and experience in Quality Control and Pharmaceutical GMP Environments.
β’ Excellent interpersonal and influencing abilities.
β’ Skills in team building/development and cross-functional leadership.
β’ Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both the local language and English, with a proven capability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
β’ Results-driven with strong leadership, client-facing, and diplomatic skills.
β’ Demonstrated business acumen, with the ability to listen to and comprehend client needs.
β’ Proven capability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
β’ Strong understanding of data analytics and ability to interpret data effectively.
