This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take ownership of and oversee the integrated marketing calendar and demand strategies across all segments, regions, and campaigns to guarantee uniform coverage globally.
β’ Manage and uphold the global campaign messaging framework.
β’ Collaborate with Campaign Managers to create and sustain a cohesive integrated marketing plan for each campaign, including objectives, target audiences, messaging, timelines, KPIs, demand calendar, and execution requirements. Ensure that all active campaign information is centralized, up-to-date, and easily accessible throughout the organization.
β’ Foster alignment among stakeholders and delivery teams, manage dependencies, and proactively address resource and execution risks across campaigns.
β’ Coordinate the execution across Digital, Lifecycle, Events, SDR, Marketing Operations, Analytics, and Regional Marketing teams to confirm that campaigns are live and operational.
β’ Monitor campaign preparedness, execution status, and performance while ensuring alignment with pipeline and go-to-market objectives.
β’ Create campaign-in-a-box toolkits, playbooks, templates, and enablement resources that assist regional teams in executing campaigns consistently.
β’ Collaborate with Campaign Managers and Field Marketing to design scalable regional activation plans while permitting local customization.
β’ Lead campaign enablement and training sessions, promoting the adoption of campaigns across regions.
β’ Serve as the AI champion for Integrated Marketing, identifying opportunities to integrate AI into planning, execution, reporting, localization, and field enablement workflows.
β’ Develop and maintain a repository of prompts, workflows, templates, and AI playbooks that can be utilized across Campaign, Field, and Functional Marketing teams.
β’ 7+ years of experience in campaign operations, integrated marketing, demand generation, program management, or project management.
β’ Strong understanding of B2B demand generation and the execution of integrated campaigns.
β’ Proven track record in managing complex cross-functional initiatives and engaging with stakeholders.
β’ Experience in developing campaign playbooks, enablement programs, or field marketing resources.
β’ Experience utilizing AI tools to enhance marketing productivity, streamline processes, and accelerate execution.
β’ Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.
β’ Data-driven mindset with a strong inclination towards process improvement and experimentation.
β’ Actual compensation will be determined based on several non-discriminatory factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
β’ In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.
