This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +12 more states.
• Act as the main executive relationship manager and commercial leader for a key Strategic Account.
• Take ownership of and drive overall revenue growth across the Roadside Assistance and Accident Management sectors.
• Establish and nurture relationships with senior executives and C-suite stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Client Success, and Solutions Consultants to create customized solutions.
• Develop and implement multi-year strategic account plans.
• Identify and seize cross-sell and upsell opportunities across the complete product range.
• Lead contract renewals and intricate commercial negotiations while addressing risk and compliance issues.
• Conduct regular Strategic Business Reviews with executive leadership.
• Represent Agero in client discussions and industry events.
• Work alongside the C-Suite, VP of Sales, VP of Product, and Legal, while partnering with client C-level executives.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related area is required.
• Over 15 years of progressive experience in Account Management, Enterprise Sales, or Strategic Business Development.
• Proven track record of generating revenue growth and sustaining long-term enterprise relationships.
• Experience in managing complex, multi-product solutions for a single large client.
• Proficient in overseeing intricate enterprise accounts and fostering consensus among diverse C-level stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen, including an understanding of complex P&L structures and translating insights into commercial opportunities.
• Capability to collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver integrated Roadside and Accident Management solutions without direct authority.
• Excellent communication and high-stakes negotiation abilities.
• Outstanding long-term pipeline management and multi-year account planning expertise.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Must currently have authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
