This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the entire sales organization (excluding Key Accounts)
• Lead a team dedicated to acquiring new SMB and mid-market clients, along with sales engineering
• Enhance the sales playbook and develop an AI-first sales team
• Establish a repeatable sales engine, optimize conversion rates and sales velocity, and reduce ramp-up time for representatives
• Mentor the current team and attract top-tier talent
• Represent the sales division on the leadership team
• Collaborate closely with Key Accounts, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Product
• Over 10 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
• More than 5 years leading sales teams with a proven ability to consistently meet booking targets
• Proficiency in contemporary sales methodologies (such as Winning by Design, MEDDPICC, Challenger Sale, or similar)
• Experience in business case and cost-of-inaction selling
• Second-line leadership experience
• Strong inclination towards AI-first strategies
• Data-driven approach to operations
• High emotional intelligence and strong recruiting capabilities
