This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Develop and implement a roadmap for RPA that aligns with the objectives of enterprise digital transformation.
• Create and uphold an RPA governance framework that encompasses prioritization, standards, change management, and risk controls.
• Define and monitor KPIs such as FTE savings, bot uptime, ROI, and delivery velocity.
• Present program performance and strategic recommendations to senior and executive leadership.
• Oversee the complete automation project delivery process from intake through to deployment and steady-state operations.
• Ensure the reliability and performance of the production bot population is consistently maintained and improved.
• Guarantee that automations adhere to HIPAA, SOC 2, security, and audit requirements.
• Collaborate with IT, cybersecurity, and compliance teams on aspects such as system access, infrastructure, and change management.
• Recruit, nurture, and retain RPA developers, coordinators, and business analysts.
• Establish performance expectations, conduct evaluations, and assist in career development planning.
• Promote continuous improvement, accountability, and innovation throughout the team.
• Enhance automation awareness and capability building among business stakeholder teams.
• Manage relationships with RPA platform vendors, including UiPath.
• Work alongside revenue cycle and denial management leaders to identify and prioritize automation opportunities.
• Supervise vendor contracts, licensing, and ensure alignment with the platform roadmap.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in RPA process automation, digital transformation, or enterprise technology.
• At least 5 years of experience in people management, including direct supervision of technical staff.
• Proven experience in scaling an RPA program or center of excellence within a regulated industry.
• Expertise in the UiPath RPA platform.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare data governance requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to present to executive audiences.
• Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• RPA platform certification is preferred.
• Experience with Epic, Cerner, or other significant EHR platforms is preferred.
• Knowledge of AI/ML tools, NLP, or document intelligence solutions is preferred.
• Background in Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is preferred.
• Must have a smartphone or electronic device capable of downloading applications for multifactor authentication and security purposes.
• Primarily remote work arrangement.
• Occasional travel to organizational facilities or vendor sites.
• Extended hours may be required during critical project phases or system incidents.
• Multifactor authentication and security device support.
