📋 Description

• Oversee the systems, processes, analytics, and operational cadence that drive Solink's go-to-market strategy.

• Formulate and implement the Revenue Operations strategy aimed at fostering growth, scalability, and operational excellence.

• Create performance frameworks, establish operating rhythms, and develop governance processes.

• Manage forecasting, pipeline oversight, and revenue performance evaluations.

• Provide executive-level reporting and insights on critical metrics.

• Design and enhance scalable processes throughout the customer lifecycle.

• Collaborate with Revenue Technology to identify business requirements and optimize revenue systems.

• Lead and nurture a high-performing Revenue Operations team consisting of 4 members.


⛳️ Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations within a rapidly growing B2B SaaS environment.

• A minimum of 2 years in a leadership role, focusing on developing high-performing teams.

• In-depth knowledge of forecasting, pipeline management, revenue analytics, and executive-level reporting.

• Comprehensive understanding of how revenue organizations operate across Sales, Customer Success, Channel, Marketing, and Solutions Engineering.

• Experience in designing and implementing scalable revenue processes that enhance execution, boost adoption, and facilitate growth.

• Extensive familiarity with Salesforce and contemporary revenue technology stacks.

• Proficient in leveraging AI and automation to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and generate operational efficiency.

• Highly analytical, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.

• Outstanding communicator with a strong executive presence.
