Senior Director, Revenue Cycle Transformation – Epic Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Deliver executive leadership for optimizing the revenue cycle, implementing Epic systems, transforming operations, and driving strategic initiatives within healthcare organizations.

• Spearhead enterprise-wide revenue cycle transformation projects, which encompass hospital billing, charge capture, revenue integrity, coding, patient access, reimbursement, and centralized business office functions.

• Collaborate with executive leadership to pinpoint opportunities for enhancing operational efficiency and financial performance.

• Oversee Epic system implementations, upgrades, acquisitions, and initiatives aimed at post-live optimization.

• Manage intricate, multidisciplinary programs that involve finance, legal, compliance, operations, clinical teams, and information technology.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree.

• Over 13 years of experience with Epic systems.

• Certification in Epic Resolute Hospital Billing.

• Significant experience in revenue cycle operations and hospital billing.

• Proven track record in leading large-scale Epic implementations and optimization projects.

• Expertise in program and project management.

• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in delivering executive presentations.
