Senior Director, Revenue Cycle Management – Optimization, Performance Excellence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide high-level leadership for the transformation of insurance operations, support within insurance operations, and ongoing performance enhancement.

• Drive comprehensive optimization throughout denial management, resolution of high-dollar accounts, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Jira-based work intake, and the RCM automation pipeline.

• Oversee functions related to operational excellence and transformation.

• Ensure cohesive alignment among revenue cycle operations, technology, product, analytics, and finance.

• Accountable for achieving measurable financial results, including cash acceleration, cost reduction, and enhancement of margins.

• Establish scalable, top-tier processes and governance frameworks.

• Manage and mentor Directors and Senior Manager leaders in the areas of Insurance Operations Support and Transformation, as well as Testing & Automation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business, Finance, IT, or a related discipline.

• 10–15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Revenue Cycle Management.

• Extensive expertise in insurance operations and denial management.

• Proficient in RCM technology and system implementations.

• Skilled in process optimization and automation.

• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale transformation and performance improvement initiatives.

• Strong financial acumen, encompassing ROI modeling, validation of savings, and revenue optimization.

• Experience in leading cross-functional teams within complex healthcare environments.
