Senior Manager, Demand Generation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance scalable campaign frameworks, ABM initiatives, and workflows that translate insights into actionable strategies.

• Generate high-quality leads and contribute to pipeline development.

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Experience, Commercial Operations, and Product Marketing teams.

• Take ownership of the integrated, persona-driven, multi-touch demand generation strategy.

• Establish benchmarks for comprehensive campaign planning, execution, and optimization.

• Lead targeted 1:few and 1:many ABM initiatives aimed at R1's key accounts.

• Manage the insights-to-activation strategy from start to finish.

• Direct the event strategy and its execution comprehensively.

⛳️ Requirements

• 10-12 years of experience in B2B demand generation, preferably in healthcare, SaaS, AI, or complex enterprise sales settings.

• Demonstrated history of managing integrated campaign strategies, ABM, and large-scale pipeline generation.

• Extensive experience in influencing and collaborating with senior sales, regional, and go-to-market leadership.

• Proficient in managing or extensively utilizing Salesforce, ABM platforms, ZoomInfo, Demandbase, or similar tools.

• Previous experience mentoring junior marketers, direct reports, or cross-functional project teams.

• Strong strategic thinker with a proven ability to develop strategies and convert insights into organization-wide initiatives.

• Exceptional program and project management skills, capable of overseeing multiple complex and concurrent projects.

• Proven expertise in architecting launches that align with regional and account-specific go-to-market strategies.

• Demonstrated capability in leading cross-functional collaboration efforts.
