Senior Manager, Performance Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and take ownership of the ABM strategy targeting enterprise accounts, encompassing account segmentation, journey mapping, campaign planning, and the strategy for paid advertisements.

• Create and direct the organizational structure and operational model for ABM and paid initiatives.

• Collaborate with Demand Generation, Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure alignment on account selection, objectives, and engagement schedules.

• Establish the strategy and success metrics for ABM and paid initiatives, empowering the team to make informed decisions regarding campaigns, budgets, and channels.

• Work in partnership with Sales, RevOps, and Demand Generation leadership to jointly define the strategy for the enterprise pipeline.

• Cultivate and sustain strong working relationships with Sales leadership and representatives to ensure alignment on account selection and engagement strategies.

• Enhance relationships with paid media agencies, ensuring that their execution aligns with pipeline goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in ABM, enterprise demand-generation marketing, performance marketing, or a related field.

• Proficient in collaborating with Sales, RevOps, Demand Generation, and creative/agency partners.

• Experience in executing multi-touch ABM campaigns (email, ads, events, personalized outreach, direct mail, etc.) focused on achieving measurable results.

• Knowledge of account-level metrics (engagement, pipeline, conversion) and the capability to adapt campaigns based on analytical insights.

• Practical experience in managing substantial paid advertising budgets and agency relations across both self-serve and enterprise contexts.

• An AI-forward mindset with active engagement in utilizing AI tools (LLMs, automation platforms, AI-powered analytics).
