This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee the complete lifecycle development of healthcare nutrition products, which includes thickened liquids, texture-modified foods, oral nutritional supplements, and hydration solutions specifically designed for dysphagia patients.
• Guarantee that all products fulfill clinical standards for safety, effectiveness, palatability, and adherence to IDDSI guidelines.
• Develop formulation strategies that effectively balance nutritional adequacy, sensory acceptance, stability, and user-friendliness for both clinical and homecare environments.
• Partner with Operations and Quality teams to establish scalable and compliant manufacturing processes.
• Create a strong innovation pipeline that addresses unmet needs in dysphagia, malnutrition, and associated conditions.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Nutrition Science, or a related discipline is required.
• An advanced degree in Nutrition Science, Food Science, Clinical Nutrition, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 12 years of research and development experience in healthcare nutrition, clinical nutrition, or specialized dietary products is necessary.
