This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the formulation and implementation of the US Rare Epilepsy HCP marketing strategy in collaboration with key cross-functional leaders.

• Accountable for Onfi™, Sabril™, and bexicaserin (pipeline product).

• Propel launch readiness, market shaping, disease-state education, and customer engagement initiatives throughout the Rare Epilepsy portfolio.

• Ensure consistency in HCP brand positioning, customer segmentation, messaging, and business objectives across the organization.

• Collaborate with Market Access to develop and enhance payer strategies and approaches.

• Create HCP and payer-focused strategies informed by the experiences of patients, caregivers, and providers.

• Lead HCP educational initiatives that foster disease awareness, accurate diagnosis, and appropriate treatment adoption.

• Oversee integrated go-to-market planning, omnichannel engagement, and field readiness initiatives.

• Utilize market insights, analytics, competitive intelligence, and feedback from the field to refine strategy and execution.

• Collaborate with global colleagues to align marketing activities as needed.

• Work closely with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Sales, Patient Advocacy, and Analytics to facilitate successful commercialization and long-term growth.

• Develop relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), centers of excellence, advocacy organizations, payers, and specialty providers.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of commercial experience in the biopharmaceutical sector.

• At least 8 years of brand marketing experience, including HCP marketing, payer marketing, omnichannel strategy, digital marketing, and commercialization planning.

• Previous experience in people leadership and management.

• Demonstrated expertise in strategic HCP marketing, customer engagement, launch planning, disease-state education, payer marketing, and commercialization strategy.

• Experience in collaborating with Market Access and initiatives related to payers.

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data interpretation, with the ability to convert insights into actionable recommendations.

• An enterprise mindset focused on achieving measurable and sustainable business outcomes.

• Excellent communication, relationship management, and cross-functional leadership skills.

• Proven ability to influence within the organization and drive business growth.

• Strong project management, strategic planning, and execution skills.

• Possess a strong executive presence and excellent presentation skills.
