This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Supervise and take responsibility for the effective execution of assigned projects.
• Oversee the recruitment, training, development, and performance evaluation of staff.
• Formulate business strategies and pursue new business opportunities in collaboration with business and senior management.
• Establish and nurture productive client relationships.
• Manage partnership alliances.
• Execute the responsibilities of Sub-TA Head.
• Partner with scientific and therapeutic leaders across all facets of clinical trials.
• Connect project teams and deliver innovative solutions within the Rheumatology therapeutic domain.
• 12+ years of experience in the global clinical pharmaceutical industry.
• A minimum of 8 years showcasing skills and expertise in clinical project management and staff management.
• A university or college degree (preferably in life sciences) or an equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Proven experience in managing global Rheumatology drug development initiatives.
• Exceptional leadership abilities, including effective delegation and prioritization.
• Strong planning and organizational capabilities.
• Proficient problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated financial analytical competencies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent marketing and negotiation skills.
• Experience in developing and implementing new processes.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including overnight stays.
