Senior Director, Project Management, Launch Excellence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive project management for intricate, multi-workstream initiatives.

• Act as a senior client-facing leader, delivering strategic direction, project supervision, and communication to senior executives.

• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, including pharmaceutical clients, vendors, internal subject matter experts, and executive sponsors.

• Develop and expand a centralized Project Management Office (PMO) within Stratis Group.

• Guide and cultivate the skills of Senior and Junior Engagement Managers as well as Project Managers.

⛳️ Requirements

• 20 years of experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical consulting, with practical expertise in project management and program execution.

• Proven track record of successfully leading complex client delivery projects, including product launches, transitions, or large-scale transformations.

• Strong knowledge of Market Access, encompassing patient support programs, HUB services, and access/reimbursement models.

• Experience in rare diseases, specialty pharmaceuticals, or cell & gene therapy is highly preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to establish and operationalize PMO functions or enterprise project frameworks.

• Outstanding stakeholder management skills with a background in engaging senior client executives.

• Comprehensive understanding of compliance, regulatory, and privacy considerations in pharmaceutical services.

• Proficiency in project management tools (such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, etc.) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid models).

• Experience in leading and mentoring junior team members on PMO best practices.
