Senior Director, Project Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team of Project Managers while taking ownership of the client-facing project management responsibilities.

• Responsible for the development and implementation of our client-focused project operating model.

• Ensure accurate financial reporting, project budgeting, and forecasting.

• Collaborate closely with Finance, Field Operations, and Client Services Leadership.

• Work together and foster strong relationships across diverse teams.

• Cultivate a high-performing Project Management team through recruitment, coaching, and establishing clear performance standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Health Administration, or a related discipline.

• Alternatively, 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.

• More than 10 years of leadership experience in project/program/delivery within consulting, professional services, managed services, or healthcare environments.

• At least 5 years of direct leadership experience managing Project Managers.

• Proven experience in leading consulting projects or health system-focused implementation initiatives.

• Established track record of fostering financial accountability within delivery teams.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or an equivalent project/program management certification is preferred.

• Capability in strategic project management design with a focus on promoting adoption, accountability, and measurable results.

• Strong financial insight and acumen.

• Demonstrated ability to build talent through hiring, coaching, and team development.
