Senior Director, Program & Portfolio Governance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the execution of programs and govern the portfolio across GTS and strategic initiatives led by GTS.

• Ensure that strategic goals, business priorities, and operational execution are aligned through effective program management and portfolio governance throughout the organization.

• Collaborate closely with leaders in Process & Service Excellence (PSE) and Adoption & Change Enablement (ACE) to guarantee timely and efficient portfolio decisions and program execution.

• Act as a strategic advisor to the GTS Leadership Team regarding portfolio priorities, execution trade-offs, and value realization.

• Oversee the delivery of programs and projects across the enterprise using standardized frameworks and gated governance models.

• Ensure resource allocation, risk management, and adherence to timelines for all significant initiatives by working with cross-functional teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS Degree with over 12 years of professional experience and progressive leadership in enterprise process excellence, particularly in digital technology.

• MA/MS Degree with at least 8 years of overall experience and progressive leadership in enterprise process excellence with a focus on digital technology.

• Experience in regulated industries (such as pharma, healthcare, or finance) is preferred.

• Strong business acumen with the capability to translate strategy into actionable execution.

• Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and team-building abilities.

• Preferred certifications include PMP, Lean Six Sigma, and/or Prosci certification.

• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a global matrix environment.
