This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Spearhead the development and execution of intricate transformation initiatives, directly overseeing a team of Transformation-oriented Technical Program Managers, Analysts, and Technical Trainers throughout their planning, implementation, development, and support phases.
• Mentor and guide a geographically diverse team, fostering strategic delegation to cultivate a scalable and empowered workforce.
• Direct the formulation of transformation strategies and assist internal stakeholders, facilitating teams’ transition toward proactive, sustainable operational excellence.
• Assess the overall health of projects and programs within your portfolio, ensuring rigorous data integrity and precise Engineering Productivity Metrics.
• Negotiate program scope definitions and modifications while collaborating with program sponsors to prepare for executive-level presentations.
• Regularly present program and portfolio updates to senior executives, utilizing data to promote transparent discussions and informed decision-making.
• Engage in internal projects aimed at scaling operations, enhancing practices, and refining methodologies such as Software Capitalization Administration, Agile coaching, and Tooling Standardization.
• Promote an inclusive workplace culture that values diversity, empathy, and belonging across all organizational levels.
• Possess 15 years of relevant experience along with a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent.
• Experience with enterprise engineering and product development frameworks and measurement systems, including Lean Portfolio, SAFe, DORA, and SDLC/PDLC.
• Ability to drive change management initiatives across large employee groups.
• Demonstrate proficiency as a Program leader working collaboratively across teams, adeptly transitioning between strategic vision and detailed technical components.
• Exhibit expertise in managing priorities and stakeholder demands to prioritize programs that maximize business value within constrained timelines.
• Capable of influencing individuals across various organizational levels without formal authority, utilizing unique skills to find compromises, bridge gaps, and garner stakeholder support.
