This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Formulate and implement a comprehensive go-to-market strategy across various business units.
• Convert strategy into synchronized execution plans that enhance revenue growth and performance metrics.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling, synergies, and areas for expansion in collaboration with sales leadership.
• Ensure accountability for pipeline health, forecasting precision, and sales performance.
• Lead cross-functional projects throughout the entire sales cycle.
• Establish and standardize best practices, tools, processes, messaging, and performance indicators.
• Enhance scalability, consistency, execution efficiency, and operational effectiveness.
• Supervise enterprise sales training and capability enhancement.
• Align training initiatives with product strategy, customer requirements, and market trends.
• Develop integrated product, service, and value-centric offerings.
• Contribute insights into product strategy, development priorities, and market positioning.
• Cultivate and maintain high-level customer relationships while leading complex engagements.
• Oversee large-scale implementations, conversions, and pilot projects.
• Provide leadership and guidance for managers and senior professionals, including recruitment, development, performance management, and resource planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline.
• Over 8 years of experience in product management, marketing, sales, or a related field.
• More than 5 years of leadership experience managing managers or senior professionals.
• Proven experience in developing and executing product, marketing, and go-to-market strategies.
• Strong financial acumen, including skills in forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
• Experience in utilizing market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience in negotiating with vendors and managing external partnerships.
• Ability to manage complex portfolios, prioritize competing demands, and adapt to changing business conditions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% or more of the time, both within and outside the state.
