This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and take ownership of the product vision and multi-year roadmap for the Regis platform, balancing immediate priorities with long-term transformational objectives.
• Convert business strategies, client requirements, and advisor insights into a unified and prioritized product direction.
• Cultivate a profound, first-hand comprehension of workflows among advisors, clients, and operational teams through direct engagement.
• Combine diverse and occasionally conflicting inputs into clear problem statements and high-impact opportunities.
• Identify root causes of friction and design scalable, integrated workflows that enhance both client and advisor experiences.
• Provide structure to a changing environment, transitioning from reactive development to deliberate product design.
• Translate the business needs of Regis Ultra High Net Worth and Family Office into clear product specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Lead product discovery and solution design to ensure that the correct problems are being addressed.
• Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to design solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with long-term platform objectives.
• Ensure consistency and integration across a multi-system platform ecosystem.
• Take ownership of Regis platform adoption to drive the utilization of new process flows, assess advisor and client engagement with platform features, and provide hands-on enablement support to ensure proper usage.
• Define and manage a prioritized product roadmap, balancing business impact, user needs, technical limitations, and dependencies.
• Align roadmap decisions with strategic goals while operating within budget and resource limitations.
• Collaborate with internal technology teams and external partners to translate priorities into actionable execution plans.
• Stay actively involved throughout delivery to ensure outcomes align with product intentions and business objectives.
• Act as the central point of alignment among Product, Technology, Operations, Investments, Compliance, and external partners.
• Facilitate decision-making across competing priorities, trade-offs, and sequencing considerations.
• Influence stakeholders at all levels without direct authority and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Oversee the evolution of a multi-system platform ecosystem, ensuring it remains integrated, scalable, and aligned with long-term needs.
• Over 10 years of experience in product management, platform strategy, or similar roles.
• Familiarity with UHNW or family office environments.
• Proven track record in leading complex, multi-system platform initiatives within cross-functional settings.
• Demonstrated capability to operate across both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
• Strong experience in product discovery, workflow design, and requirements specification.
• History of translating complex business needs into well-crafted product solutions.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, comfortable operating in ambiguous situations.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
