Senior Director, Product Management – WinTeam ERP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the comprehensive vision, strategy, and implementation for WinTeam's essential ERP modules.

• Spearhead modernization efforts while balancing technical architecture enhancements with immediate customer value.

• Integrate AI-First Workflows utilizing machine learning, predictive analytics, and automated decision-making processes.

• Develop, mentor, and empower a high-performing team of Product Managers and Product Owners.

• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, GTM, and Executive teams to enhance delivery efficiency.

• Strengthen customer relationships through advisory boards, site visits, and discovery discussions.

• Oversee product profitability and collaborate with Finance on pricing and packaging strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management.

• 5+ years of experience in managing and expanding Product Management teams within enterprise B2B SaaS environments.

• A background in mission-critical platforms (ERP, workforce management, payroll, or high-volume operations software) is highly preferred.

• Demonstrated success in modernizing established platforms and managing customer change initiatives.

• Practical expertise in designing and deploying AI-assisted, data-driven software functionalities.

• Outstanding ability to influence internal stakeholders and lead strategic discussions with customers.

• Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
