This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Define and take ownership of the long-term vision for HighLevel’s Marketing OS and Lead Generation ecosystem.
• Identify opportunities to consolidate fragmented tools into a unified, AI-powered growth platform.
• Drive product strategy aimed at boosting lead volume, enhancing conversion rates, and maximizing customer ROI.
• Lead a team of product managers and cross-functional teams across various product lines.
• Ensure seamless integration across all platforms to provide a flawless user experience.
• Collaborate with Growth, Sales, and Customer Success teams to promote the adoption of essential lead generation tools.
• Incorporate AI throughout the ecosystem to develop autonomous marketing workflows.
• Establish and monitor key metrics for lead generation volume and quality.
• Over 10 years of experience in product management, growth, or marketing technology.
• A proven history of managing large, complex product portfolios or platforms.
• Extensive knowledge in lead generation, digital marketing, and conversion systems.
• Familiarity with tools such as funnels/landing pages, paid advertising platforms, email marketing & automation, and SEO/local SEO.
• Strong understanding of the needs of SMBs and agencies (preferred).
• Experience in integrating or creating AI-driven product experiences.
• Demonstrated capability to lead senior individual contributors and managers across multiple teams.
• Highly data-driven with robust business and monetization skills.
