Senior Director, Product Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the roadmap and execution for one or more key areas of the platform: the data layer, the skills and agents layer, the context layer, or the solutions that support our agency and consulting services.

• Transform strategic direction into delivered software. Draft specifications, create prototypes, lead comprehensive testing, and establish foundational truths that underpin subsequent work.

• Set the standard for our development practices. Promote specification-driven development and Product Requirement Documents while maintaining high-quality standards and swift progress.

• Shorten the pathway from concept to delivered product, leveraging AI throughout the entire lifecycle.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, analytics, and creative teams to expedite the transition of ideas into production, while also mentoring the product talent around you.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in product management, encompassing responsibilities for complex products from conception to completion.

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Practical experience with Claude, OpenAI, and other AI tools and platforms.

• Proven success in delivering products within tight timelines, preferably in service-driven or agency-model settings.

• Understanding of how AI is transforming marketing workflows across:

• - Media strategy and optimization

• - Creative automation and personalization

• - Commerce and customer journey performance

• - Marketing analytics and business intelligence

• Experience with martech or adtech platforms, cloud-based data environments, or analytics frameworks is advantageous.

• Familiarity with enterprise AI ecosystems, martech, revops, adtech platforms, cloud-based environments (AWS / Databricks), and analytics frameworks.

• A proven ability to connect technical AI concepts with executive-level business strategies.

• Experience in supporting enterprise solution architecture and managing change.
