This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Develop, articulate, and implement a persuasive product strategy that aligns with customer expectations and organizational goals.
• Define and manage the product vision and multi-year roadmap, balancing trade-offs and prioritization among core platform initiatives, new product innovations, and development to enhance adoption, customer satisfaction, retention, and global expansion.
• Act as the customer advocate through direct engagement and research activities.
• Proactively identify trends in healthcare delivery, reimbursement models, regulations, and technology advancements.
• Promote the integration of AI in our operations and deliverables.
• Advocate for a profound understanding of customers and users to enhance design thinking and foster user-centered innovation.
• Ensure that design and product teams develop intuitive, workflow-aligned, and accessible solutions that minimize cognitive and administrative burdens.
• Cultivate robust relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leaders and cross-functional teams, to ensure product consistency with organizational objectives.
• Align product objectives with wider organizational strategies.
• Build and sustain relationships with external customers and partners to guide product development and guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Convert market insights into unique product offerings.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for measuring product success and implement systems for tracking, reporting, and responding to performance data.
• A Bachelor's Degree is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Over 10 years of relevant experience in Healthcare SaaS, including more than 5 years in senior leadership positions overseeing multi-disciplinary product teams.
• Demonstrated success in delivering SaaS solutions within the healthcare sector or regulated industries.
• Proficient in agile methodologies and the digital product lifecycle.
• Experience in leading and mentoring global teams while collaborating across various functions and geographical locations.
• Knowledge of product-led growth strategies and customer-centric, data-informed product development.
• Experience in utilizing AI and automation to enhance product functionalities and optimize workflows.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 30% is essential.
• Opportunities for global travel up to 30%.
