This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Spearhead the creation of comprehensive population health strategies that enhance the clinical, economic, and societal benefits of BridgeBio therapies.
• Incorporate advanced analytics, real-world data, insights from healthcare delivery, and strategic planning throughout the product lifecycle.
• Convert a variety of evidence sources into strategies that enhance patient identification, treatment access, integration within health systems, and overall population outcomes.
• Recognize opportunities to enhance care pathways and minimize diagnostic delays.
• Assess the healthcare system's impact of BridgeBio therapies and facilitate data-driven decision-making for populations affected by rare diseases.
• Determine data platforms and advanced analytics that inform both population health strategy and commercial decision-making.
• Leverage claims, EHR, registry, genomic, and social determinants of health data for raising disease awareness, identifying patients, and tracking outcomes.
• Collaborate with Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), Centers of Excellence, and health systems to evaluate care delivery challenges and incorporate BridgeBio therapies into care models.
• Facilitate early identification and outcomes monitoring at both individual health system and payer levels to showcase value.
• Work alongside HEOR, Market Access, Medical, Commercial, Clinical Development, Corporate Strategy teams, and external stakeholders.
• An advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, MPH, DrPH, MBA, or equivalent).
• Over 10 years of experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, healthcare analytics, health systems, consulting, or population health.
• Proven experience in translating complex healthcare data into effective business strategies and actionable insights.
• Deep understanding of rare disease ecosystems.
• Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare delivery systems.
• Strong grasp of population analytics.
• In-depth understanding of patient journey analytics.
• Solid knowledge of health policy.
• Familiarity with commercial strategy.
• Demonstrated success in fostering collaboration and leadership within matrix organizations.
• Preferred experience in Population Health Management, Value-Based Care, Healthcare Strategy, Integrated Delivery Networks, Health Systems Analytics, Digital Health, or HEOR.
