This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee, coordinate, and collaborate efficiently with cross-functional project teams to adeptly address client needs, offering strategic guidance on the interpretation and integration of modeling and simulation outcomes and insights.

• Act as the primary liaison for designated clients and projects, delivering valuable perspectives on the effective utilization of modeling and simulation in drug development initiatives, encompassing study design considerations through the creation and assessment of models, along with suitable messaging to resolve pivotal inquiries.

• Establish collaborations with clients to foster mutually beneficial working relationships.

• Utilize advanced software to autonomously create, assess, and implement intricate population PK, PK/PD, and exposure-response models and simulations.

• Develop pharmacometric data analysis plans and documentation on data requirements, ensuring suitability of methodologies for data management and analysis, while adhering to current global regulatory standards.

• Compose pharmacometric reports and regulatory documentation.

• Impart scientific knowledge and expertise to fellow team members; mentor junior scientists; may oversee assigned scientists.

• Lead or assist in the formulation of standardized processes and methodologies.

• Conduct workshops and create new training materials.

• Advocate for software and consulting service offerings; may support the development of proposals and work scopes.

• Serve as a role model in promoting the advancement of consulting services.

• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 12 years of experience in population PK and PK/PD modeling is preferred.

• Expertise in Monolix, NONMEM, and R.

• Professional experience in the application of Pharmacometrics within Clinical Pharmacology is preferred.

• Skilled in creating and delivering presentations.

• Highly self-motivated with a readiness to embrace challenges.

• Excellent critical-thinking, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Some travel may be required for meetings, training sessions, and conferences.
