This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +1 more state.
• Spearhead the formulation and implementation of thorough business strategies that are in line with JLL's overall objectives and tailored to client-specific aims.
• Supervise and sanction marketing strategies, including pricing frameworks, for teams catering to corporate clients while maintaining direct P&L responsibility.
• Guide and mentor senior-level team members who are responsible for leading client or consultant relationships.
• Make crucial decisions regarding team talent, including approvals and recommendations on hiring, development, and performance management in partnership with Human Resources and Leadership.
• Evaluate the profitability and cost efficiency of service lines, offering strategic guidance and promoting quality initiatives across all client engagements.
• Ensure precise management of accounts receivable to uphold working capital targets set by corporate finance and regional operations management.
• Endorse staffing plans and budgets while ensuring that team members receive appropriate training in JLL procedures, methodologies, and best practices.
• Oversee contract negotiations, project documentation, and reporting processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of project meeting minutes, work orders, purchase orders, and status updates.
• Monitor vendor and project team performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations, regulatory standards, and client expectations and policies.
• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, architecture, or engineering is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CCM (Certified Construction Manager).
• Experience in managing global corporate real estate portfolios across diverse markets and regions.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing and enhancing best practices and standards of excellence within large organizations.
• Proven track record of successful change management and process improvement initiatives.
