This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• You will collaborate with both internal and external clients, data providers, and other third parties to enhance and implement team priorities by utilizing data and analytics, predictive analytics, machine learning, and advanced statistical methods.
• Our aim is to improve existing patient services business operations through data and analytics, while also generating new business opportunities via tailored data deliverables, consulting practices, and product innovation.
• This role entails hands-on work to provide business requirements and technical specifications for our data science team to execute.
• The position encompasses a wide range of responsibilities including project coordination and management, delivering presentations to executive staff, and leading demos and client engagements.
• You will be an integral part of a small and agile team, with responsibilities that are diverse and multifaceted.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics/Statistics, or a related field.
• Over 11 years of experience in data and analytics, specifically with Patient Hub/CRM, Specialty Pharmacy, and Market Access data.
• Proficiency in cloud-based storage solutions, Tableau, PowerBI, and other data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with copay assistance initiatives such as coupons, PAP, bridge programs, copay accumulators/maximizers, and other leading industry efforts.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and escalate issues when necessary.
• Capable of resolving conflicts in a constructive manner.
• Proactive in identifying and communicating growth objectives.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to engage with customers, end-users, and colleagues at all organizational levels.
• A strong collaborator and relationship builder.
• Adaptable to new situations, able to solve problems on the spot, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Team-oriented with a scrappy approach required.
• Experience in matrix organizations and the ability to operate with a start-up mindset.
