This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Formulate and execute an account management strategy and business plan that aligns with the Corporates segment strategy.
• Direct strategy and operational excellence for a designated territory or market segment.
• Manage strategic account plans to meet sales objectives, promote growth, enhance existing customer revenue, and broaden the customer base.
• Serve as a customer advocate and nurture a customer-focused culture.
• Construct, lead, mentor, and oversee a high-achieving Partner Account Management team.
• Define team objectives, KPIs, and performance indicators; offer feedback and coaching.
• Provide precise and timely forecasting for the assigned territory or market segment.
• Share market and competitor insights to guide pricing and customer retention strategies.
• Cultivate the next generation of leaders through coaching initiatives.
• Identify major competitors and potential acquisition targets.
• Propel new customer acquisition and growth via strategic Partner initiatives and account-based marketing campaigns.
• Lead the identification, pursuit, and closure of new logo opportunities.
• Recognize and leverage partner-led upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Forge strategic partnerships with the Partnership & Alliances team.
• Build lasting relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
• Address partner needs and escalations swiftly and effectively.
• Collaborate with solution consultants and pre-sales teams to craft customized solutions.
• Coordinate with professional services teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Work alongside sales leadership and strategic partners on go-to-market campaigns.
• Engage in joint strategic account planning.
• Ensure partner-attach metrics are achieved or surpassed.
• Collaborate with Industry & Product Specialists on product marketing initiatives.
• Contribute insights on marketing materials and customer success stories.
• Collect and evaluate partner, customer, market, and competitor feedback for product roadmap decisions.
• Monitor, assess, and report on sales, renewal, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Provide regular updates on account management to executive leadership.
• Continuously enhance account management processes and team performance.
• Deliver Quarterly Business Reviews addressing financial performance, talent, growth opportunities, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• A minimum of 10 years in a sales leadership position managing sales teams within complex software solutions environments.
• Preferably experience in financial, tax and trade, or legal software solution sales.
• Extensive experience in meeting and surpassing sales/revenue targets.
• Experience engaging globally with clients at the FTSE 100 and Fortune 1000 levels.
• Exceptional client relationship management capabilities, including influencing and building rapport with C-Level and Department Head stakeholders.
• Proven history of recruiting, developing, and retaining a high-performing sales organization.
• An entrepreneurial and results-oriented approach; innovative, passionate, and a self-starter.
• Adaptability to new, diverse, and changing business needs and decisions.
• Capacity to lead effectively in a dynamic, evolving environment and work within a matrix organization through strong influencing skills.
• Proven capability to lead senior sales teams and manage seasoned and experienced personnel.
• Proficiency in CRM software, AI tools, and other sales tools for managing and tracking performance while accurately forecasting deals.
• Strong strategic and strategy execution abilities.
• Ability to inspire and engage teams and individuals to achieve exceptional results.
• Ability to collaborate effectively as part of the Europe leadership team.
