This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Lead the division by fostering a supportive, motivating, and collaborative work atmosphere, while building an effective and productive team aligned with the overall corporate objectives.
• Ensure that projects are adequately resourced, managed, and executed, and establish verifiable project goals for Associate Directors.
• Oversee and/or coordinate the implementation of new projects, collaborating closely with client contact(s) throughout the process to develop a strong working relationship.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships with open lines of communication throughout the duration of the project.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team in areas such as proposals/contracts and client presentations, while nurturing client relationships.
• Supervise salary administration, performance management, conflict resolution, recruiting, and mentoring for Associate Directors and other direct reports.
• Ensure that quality objectives are achieved and manage audit preparedness, including appropriate responses to internal and external audits, addressing and rectifying audit findings, responding to client feedback, and ensuring development and compliance with SOPs.
• Oversee the overall budget activities for divisional areas to ensure profitability, reviewing billable hour reports for divisional areas, tracking the success of projects in meeting financial targets, determining resource needs, and ensuring accurate revenue forecasts.
• Promote a culture of immediate action and proactive escalation.
• Prior experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry that equips the individual with the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for the role (equivalent to 12+ years).
• Strong leadership capabilities, including at least 5 years of management experience.
• Education may substitute for some years of experience for advanced degrees such as Pharm.D, Ph.D, MS, and MD. In some instances, a combination of relevant education, training, and/or directly related experience will be deemed sufficient for an individual to meet the role's requirements.
