Senior Director, Operations – Dental/Ortho

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead operational strategy and implementation within the Dental/Ortho sector, converting business goals into scalable operational plans, resource strategies, performance indicators, and quarterly objectives that promote sustainable growth.

• Develop and enhance operating systems across Customer Success, Support, Implementation, Sales, and Marketing teams to elevate customer experience, boost operational efficiency, increase retention, and enhance profitability.

• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering leaders to prioritize customer-centric roadmap initiatives, enhance release readiness, and guarantee the successful execution of platform improvements, migrations, and integrations.

• Create and oversee a disciplined business operating rhythm, including forecasting, KPI assessments, planning processes, and executive reporting that facilitates informed decision-making and accountability.

• Cultivate high-performing leaders and teams while nurturing a culture centered on customer focus, operational excellence, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of progressive leadership experience in operations, business operations, or service delivery within B2B SaaS, healthcare technology, dental technology, or similarly complex software environments.

• Proven track record of successful collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, Implementation, Product, and Engineering teams to drive business and customer results.

• Demonstrated experience in creating scalable operating models, including KPI frameworks, forecasting processes, business reviews, operational playbooks, and performance management systems.

• Strong leadership background in developing managers and fostering high-performing, accountable teams in dynamic growth environments.

• Exceptional strategic planning, communication, and stakeholder management abilities with the capability to influence executive leaders and achieve alignment across functions.
