This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Foster franchisee engagement, ensure operational consistency, and enhance unit-level economic performance throughout the Drybar network.
• Guide franchise owners in areas such as revenue enhancement, profitability, staffing, membership performance, and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor a group of Directors, Senior Managers, and Managers who support the Drybar franchise system.
• Set accountability standards, coaching expectations, and operational alignment within the team.
• Supervise the execution of brand initiatives, programs, and strategic objectives.
• Collaborate across departments with internal teams to facilitate effective project management and implementation.
• Cultivate strong relationships with franchise owners through regular communication, visibility, and collaboration.
• Conduct operational meetings, webinars, business reviews, and forums for franchisee engagement.
• Evaluate business performance metrics and KPIs to uncover opportunities and operational challenges.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives that enhance franchisee success and operational scalability.
• Maintain a routine of travel and field engagement across the Drybar system.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Over 7 years of experience in franchise operations, multi-unit leadership, or field support roles.
• More than 3 years of experience in leading and developing operational support teams.
• Proven ability to coach franchise owners or multi-unit operators regarding business performance and profitability.
• Experience in supporting franchise systems within the beauty, wellness, retail, hospitality, or service sectors is preferred.
• Strongly preferred is multi-unit operational leadership experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and mentoring capabilities.
• Solid business and operational understanding with the ability to analyze performance metrics and identify growth opportunities.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, remain organized, and adapt swiftly in a dynamic environment.
• Confidence in managing challenging conversations and motivating others to take action.
• A collaborative, solution-focused mindset with a keen attention to detail.
• Capacity to stay calm and effective under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
