Senior Director of Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide oversight at a senior level for multi-state operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and consistent services.

• Develop, standardize, and implement scalable operational frameworks, workflows, and best practices.

• Monitor performance across regions and lead initiatives for corrective actions and continuous improvement.

• Act as a senior escalation point for complex or high-risk operational challenges.

• Execute strategic initiatives at the enterprise level that align with organizational goals.

• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategies for national growth, market expansion, and the launch of new programs.

• Establish, monitor, and analyze KPIs and performance dashboards to drive effective results.

• Lead, coach, and develop regional Directors of Operations along with senior operational leaders.

• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and specific program regulations.

• Represent GT Independence in interactions with state agencies, partners, and key stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Human Services, or a related discipline (required)

• Preferred Master's degree or equivalent experience in senior-level operational leadership

• Over 8 years of progressive experience in operations leadership, including roles at the senior or executive level

• Demonstrated success in leading multi-state or national operations within regulated environments

• Strong background in home care, home health, personal care, fiscal intermediary services, or similar sectors

• Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
