Senior Director of Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Team Building and Leadership: Attract, recruit, and cultivate an operations team that can grow alongside upcoming mission-critical infrastructure projects; promote a culture focused on safety and driven by results.

• Program Development: Create and enhance standardized corporate procedures for project execution, ensuring scalability and operational excellence throughout the portfolio.

• Organizational Support: Collaborate cross-functionally with our Endeavour groups to assist in processes related to project financial management, document control, client management, and other essential requirements.

• Project Management: Provide strategic oversight for the daily execution of significant projects, guaranteeing that all milestones are achieved with accuracy.

• Technical Expertise: Utilize extensive knowledge of critical infrastructure, project management, and construction practices to manage complex infrastructure build-outs and resource allocation.

• Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary executive link between internal leadership and external site stakeholders to ensure operational alignment.

• Compliance and Safety: Implement stringent safety standards and corporate compliance across all operational activities to meet and surpass industry regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

• Over 10 years of experience in industrial operations or construction leadership.

• Experience in mission-critical environments is essential.

• Demonstrated success in leading project development and execution, including managing large-scale execution teams.

• Strong understanding of project management, construction management, critical infrastructure, and the specific needs of mission-critical projects.

• Capability to drive daily operational requirements, leading to consistent, on-time, and on-budget execution.

• Comprehensive knowledge of organizational functions related to project delivery, such as finance/accounting, supply chain, engineering, quality, and O&M handoff.

• Ambition to build a team and develop processes within a rapidly growing organization.

• Excellent interpersonal skills to manage a diverse group of reports and colleagues – capable of leading in a dynamic environment.
