Senior Director of Member Relations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the creation and execution of ISEP’s strategic plan for the assigned regional portfolio of Partner Institutions.

• Direct and manage a team that includes an Assistant Director and University Relations Manager.

• Foster strategic relationships with key stakeholders at important institutions.

• Set enrollment KPIs and provide quarterly updates to the ISEP Executive Team regarding progress.

• Drive strategic projects assigned by the Vice President for Member Relations.

• Identify and recruit new institutions to aid in achieving growth and retention objectives.

• Improve program delivery through initiatives focused on academic excellence.

• Collaborate with other Directors of Member Relations on special initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s degree in a relevant field of study.

• More than 15 years of progressive leadership experience in the field of international education.

• Demonstrated success in student recruitment and enrollment growth.

• Knowledge of Salesforce, Asana, or comparable CRM and project management tools.

• Exceptional communication abilities, encompassing verbal, written, and presentation skills.

• Competence in developing and managing budgets.

• Proficiency in a foreign language is preferred.
