This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Formulate and implement long-term sales strategies that align with the company’s objectives.
• Discover new market opportunities, customer demographics, and potential revenue sources.
• Take ownership of revenue goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Track performance metrics and execute enhancements.
• Recruit, mentor, and guide a high-achieving sales team.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key clients and strategic accounts.
• Collaborate with marketing to synchronize lead generation and branding strategies.
• Deploy CRM and sales tools to enhance efficiency and transparency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (MBA is preferred).
• 10–15+ years of progressive sales experience, including roles in senior leadership.
• Demonstrated history of meeting or surpassing revenue objectives.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Strategic mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Comprehensive knowledge of sales processes, CRM tools, and analytics.
• Capacity to excel in a fast-paced, competitive setting.
