• Take ownership of a growth channel from start to finish — or manage multiple channels — by establishing the strategy, executing campaigns, and being accountable for the outcomes.

• Drive lead generation and facilitate user signups.

• Conduct experiments rapidly.

• Leverage AI wherever it can provide a competitive advantage.

• Create effective funnels and landing pages that lead to conversions.

• Collaborate closely with the founder on positioning, messaging, and determining the next focus for growth efforts.

• Monitor and analyze all activities.

• You are proficient with AI and utilize contemporary tools to work more efficiently and intelligently than traditional marketers.

• You are resourceful and self-motivated.

• You have strong analytical skills.

• Bonus: any practical experience with paid advertising, SEO, outbound marketing, content creation, lifecycle marketing, or working with B2C brands and startups is a plus.
