This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the comprehensive user acquisition strategy for casual and hybrid casual mobile games.
• Oversee and enhance paid acquisition campaigns across various platforms including Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Unity Ads, AppLovin, and additional performance channels.
• Create scalable growth strategies aimed at maximizing ROAS, LTV, retention, and profitability.
• Evaluate campaign performance, player cohorts, attribution data, and funnel metrics to discover optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Game Design, Creative, and Analytics teams to enhance game performance and monetization.
• Lead creative testing initiatives, which encompass ad concepts, playable ads, video creatives, and A/B testing frameworks.
• Keep an eye on market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging UA channels.
• Develop forecasting models, budget allocation frameworks, and performance reporting systems.
• Recruit, mentor, and guide a high-performing UA and Growth team.
• 5+ years of experience in User Acquisition, Growth Marketing, or Performance Marketing within the mobile gaming sector.
• Demonstrated success in scaling mobile game user acquisition budgets.
• Extensive knowledge of mobile attribution platforms such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular.
• Strong grasp of KPIs including CPI, CAC, ROAS, LTV, ARPU, retention, and payback periods.
• Practical experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Unity Ads, AppLovin, and DSP platforms.
• Excellent analytical abilities and experience utilizing BI tools and data visualization platforms.
• Background in working with creative teams to create high-performing ad creatives.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Capability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments with a strong sense of ownership.
