This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Lead the strategy for business development and revenue enhancement throughout Europe, concentrating on QPS's late-phase CRO services.
• Establish reliable relationships with pharmaceutical, biotech, and emerging biopharma clients.
• Ensure alignment of European initiatives with QPS's global objectives.
• Act as a representative for QPS at conferences, networking functions, and client engagements.
• Work in conjunction with operations and scientific teams to provide solutions tailored to client needs.
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related discipline; an advanced degree is advantageous.
• Over 10 years of business development experience in a CRO, demonstrating success in securing complex, multi-million Euro contracts and managing lengthy sales processes.
• Comprehensive understanding of late-phase clinical trials and European regulatory standards.
• A well-established network of senior contacts within the pharmaceutical, biotech, and emerging biopharma sectors.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional European languages is a bonus.
• Readiness to travel frequently (50%+).
• Competitive base salary along with a commission structure.
