This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Direct internal operations for the Program Impact Division at CSD, encompassing Education, Workforce Development, Teaching Kitchen Academy, and Business Development.
• Supervise the Director of Employment Services, Learning Innovation Manager, and Education and Program Development Manager.
• Provide operational assistance to the Director of Business Development regarding pipeline systems, reporting, proposal coordination, and cross-functional implementation.
• Create and sustain project management systems, dashboards, reporting schedules, budgets, workplans, staffing lists, and program calendars.
• Manage intake, onboarding, workflow coordination, resource distribution, and process optimization.
• Compile monthly and quarterly operational performance reports, which include staffing and capacity analysis, budget-to-actual tracking, program delivery metrics, and risk evaluations.
• Coordinate internal communications and change management efforts with unit leaders and support functions.
• Oversee data collection, tracking, analysis, performance indicators, and program value reporting.
• Manage Universal Design and accessibility review procedures.
• Coordinate quality assurance and compliance activities related to grants, contracts, and funded initiatives.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, partnerships, service integration, resource sharing, and streamlined workflows.
• Organize staffing, onboarding, and internal introductions for Program Impact teams.
• Assist the VP of Program Impact with strategic internal initiatives and organizational readiness.
• Liaise with IT, Finance, HR, Legal, Creative Services, and other divisions.
• Maintain organization-wide Basecamp reporting weekly, ensure compliance, review submissions, follow up on missing or inconsistent information, and compile data for impact measurement.
• Carry out other assigned duties.
• Proven track record in internal operations leadership, staff management, and organizational process design, preferably within nonprofit, education, or workforce sectors.
• In-depth understanding of budgeting, workforce planning, and optimization of internal processes.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and presentation communication abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to lead and develop staff, including managers, across various program areas.
• Aptitude for navigating cross-functional collaboration, fostering internal alignment, and managing competing priorities.
• Experience with project management and reporting tools such as Basecamp, MS Teams, and SharePoint.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Ability to utilize data-driven insights to enhance operational strategy, resource planning, and program improvement.
• Strong dedication to accessibility, equity, and the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community.
• Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) is required, or a willingness to learn.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, business operations, or organizational leadership, ideally in mission-driven or service-oriented organizations, including managerial experience.
• Knowledge of Deaf culture and best practices for accessibility is highly preferred.
