This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the development and management of relationships, strategies, and go-to-market execution for SentinelOne’s collaborative efforts with key technology partners.
• Drive and surpass partnership performance objectives.
• Work in collaboration with Product, Revenue, Solution Engineering, Market leadership, regional sales, and channel and alliances teams.
• Formulate and implement SentinelOne’s global strategy in partnership with strategic or OEM technology partners.
• Design and execute regional partner strategies, business plans, co-sell initiatives, and enablement programs.
• Oversee partner programs, marketing initiatives, and negotiations to enhance SentinelOne's growth.
• Manage investment outcomes, growth and transformation initiatives, and performance expectations.
• Lead and cultivate a high-performing team of alliance professionals.
• Establish relationships with executive stakeholders, partners, and customers.
• Enhance operational efficiency through partner marketplaces and integrated platforms.
• Identify opportunities that integrate SentinelOne with technology partners, channel, MSSP, or SI partners.
• Coordinate co-build integration collaboration among alliances, solution architecture, engineering, product management, and product marketing.
• Set program goals and sales plays, convert them into roadmaps and KPIs, and refine based on data and team feedback.
• Over 10 years of experience in partner, alliances, or sales leadership roles with quota-carrying responsibilities.
• Proven track record in building and leading strategic partner teams with major global technology providers such as AWS, GCP, Oracle, or significant ISVs.
• Demonstrated success in generating revenue through partner-influenced and partner-sourced sales.
• Strong grasp of cybersecurity, observability, ITOps, SecOps, AIOps, cloud computing, and enterprise software markets.
• Extensive existing relationships with partner, sales, product, and executive teams within the global technology and cloud ecosystem.
• Profound understanding of developing and executing go-to-market strategies with Tech Partnerships, Channels, and internal sales teams.
• Experience in accelerating, maturing, and expanding partnerships within global markets.
• Proven operational experience in managing partner co-sell and influence pipelines.
• Ability to execute strategically and tactically with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for SentinelOne and partner events, up to 30%.
• M.Sc. or equivalent educational background is preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in strategy development, alliances and cloud sales, or technology business development is preferred.
