This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +4 more states.
• Develop and oversee the annual marketing strategy by segment and workflow.
• Lead organized initiatives to gather and evaluate customer feedback, win/loss results, and competitive insights.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and technical marketing teams to craft and implement launch strategies.
• Take ownership of the JT Baker® Strategy, including narratives, messaging, and content across all platforms.
• Establish and monitor marketing effectiveness indicators—lead quality, conversion rates, return on investment (ROI), and the influence of campaigns on orders and revenue.
• Work alongside Regional Marketing, Sales Operations, and Product Management to guarantee campaign integration, data integrity, and pipeline vitality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related technical discipline is required.
• At least 10 years of experience in business-to-business (B2B) marketing, ideally within the life sciences, biotechnology, or industrial fields.
• Demonstrated expertise in demand generation, digital marketing, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives.
• Strong foundation in creating go-to-market strategies and leading cross-functional execution of launches.
• Proven ability to convert customer insights into marketing initiatives that yield measurable business outcomes.
• Outstanding collaboration capabilities and the ability to influence within a matrixed organization.
