• Create annual marketing strategies, brand initiatives, and value propositions for DT120.
• Manage the complete product lifecycle from pre-launch through post-launch, which includes market evaluation, segmentation, differentiation, execution, measurement, and optimization.
• Supervise the promotional review process (MLR/PRC) to ensure compliance of all marketing materials, both digital and print.
• Collaborate with R&D, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Sales teams to define evidentiary needs and support commercial goals.
• Lead external advertising/media/market research agencies and oversee marketing budgets to maximize return on investment.
• Spearhead digital strategies, including Veeva systems, social media, and web initiatives to engage Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and patients.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to facilitate scientific exchange and enhance brand positioning. Lead planning and execution for congresses and advisory boards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred (MBA is a plus).
• At least 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare consulting sectors, with a background in product launch and brand management.
• In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations that govern HCP and consumer promotions.
• Required experience in HCP and Patient/Consumer marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams, particularly in matrixed environments.
• Expertise in analyzing market trends, competitive intelligence, and financial models for accurate forecasting.
• Proficient in cross-functional collaboration and skilled at influencing others; eager to learn from colleagues and share insights to advance commercial strategy and objectives.
• Experience with REMS products is preferred.
• Proven launch experience in the US market is required.
• Capable of synthesizing complex data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across various functions and sales teams.
• Willingness to travel as needed, averaging 10-20%, with potential to exceed 50% in certain months.
