• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals in a player-coach role.
• Supervise the execution of tasks across internal teams and external agencies to maintain quality and consistency.
• Foster accountability, prioritization, and continuous enhancement of marketing initiatives.
• Take ownership of marketing performance indicators, including pipeline contributions, campaign success, and ROI.
• Manage budget distribution among programs and channels, optimizing for efficiency and impact.
• Provide frequent insights and recommendations to revenue leadership.
• Act as a liaison among marketing, partnerships, sales, and enablement to ensure cohesive execution.
• Collaborate with teams at 3Cloud and Cognizant to create cohesive and effective campaigns.
• Support essential marketing operations, including processes, tools, and reporting schedules.
• Ensure the practical application of brand standards across all marketing materials.
• Implement go-to-market strategies aligned with Microsoft services, priority industries, and sales initiatives in collaboration with revenue leadership.
• Work with Microsoft and Cognizant channel teams to activate joint campaigns, co-selling efforts, and marketplace opportunities.
• Align marketing initiatives with partner priorities and field engagement models to maximize pipeline effectiveness.
• Collaborate with sales, partnerships, and delivery teams to execute coordinated, market-facing initiatives.
• Convert offerings into clear, differentiated messaging, positioning, and value propositions.
• Develop collateral, use cases, and sales enablement materials to support pipeline generation and deal progression.
• Assist in packaging and promoting services that align with Microsoft and key industry sectors.
• Ensure consistency and clarity of solution messaging across all channels and campaigns.
• Lead the strategy and execution of events (partner-led, hosted, and industry) to drive pipeline and strengthen partnerships.
• Align event investments with the priorities of Microsoft, Cognizant, and sales.
• Measure event ROI and integrate insights into future planning.
• Oversee the execution of multi-channel campaigns that promote awareness, engagement, and qualified pipeline.
• Support account-based marketing initiatives aligned with enterprise account priorities and territorial strategies.
• Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance based on pipeline contributions and conversion metrics.
• Operationalize repeatable campaign motions and go-to-market strategies to support solution and industry growth.
• Over 10 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in technology, cloud, or professional services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in supporting consulting or services-based organizations is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience in people management and leading teams in a matrixed environment.
• Demonstrated capability to execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive pipeline in collaboration with sales.
• Experience working within partner ecosystems (e.g., Microsoft, Cognizant, or similar alliances).
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills in a matrixed environment.
• Experience in solution marketing, including messaging, positioning, and sales enablement.
• Proficient in marketing analytics, CRM, and automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution in a fast-paced environment.
