This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee the strategic planning, design, and effective implementation of a multi-year global benefits framework, creating a cohesive international strategy for wellbeing and time-off policies that harmonizes global uniformity with local market needs.
• Partner with cross-functional business collaborators, senior executives, and key external vendors to cultivate essential relationships, manage high-performing regional teams, and effectively convey program value to enhance employee engagement across the Asia-Pacific (APAC), Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), and Latin America (LATAM) regions.
• Ensure rigorous adherence to international legal, financial, and legislative standards—including pension and time-off requirements—while upholding audit readiness and proactively managing vendors to maximize administrative efficiency and pricing.
• Extensive and progressive experience in international benefits design and administration in markets outside the United States.
• In-depth understanding of the financial factors influencing international program costs, along with expert-level proficiency in employing cost-containment strategies to effectively manage global expenditures.
• Demonstrated capability in leading transformational change, making high-stakes decisions, and managing intricate, matrixed global stakeholder interactions with exceptional executive presence.
• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related industry-standard certification (e.g., Certified Employee Benefit Specialist) is preferred.
