Senior Director, Intellectual Property

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Developing intricate financial models related to client businesses and their products.

• Composing reports, presentations, and various other materials.

• Overseeing daily operations of engagements, which includes meeting with clients and legal counsel.

• Evaluating claims made by opposing parties.

• Leading analyst efforts in the preparation of models, reports, research, and other engagement activities.

• Integrating financial, marketing, and additional documents.

• Independently managing small to medium-sized projects.

• Educating analysts on technical concepts.

• Supporting the practice development initiatives of the Directors and Managing Directors.

• Assisting in the identification and exploration of new business opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a focus on finance, accounting, business, or economics from a reputable program.

• More than 8 years of experience in litigation consulting or intellectual property valuation.

• CPA/CFA designation is preferred.

• A high level of professionalism, integrity, and adaptability.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

• Positive attitude and strong client interaction abilities.

• Experience in managing team members.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment are crucial.

• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.

• Excellent attention to detail.
