This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Take ownership of and enhance the enterprise integrations strategy, operational model, and playbooks, utilizing insights gained to consistently enhance speed, uniformity, and results.
• Establish best practices and promote organization-wide improvement initiatives.
• Lead the planning and execution of multiple concurrent practice integrations across diverse specialty types, maintaining accountability for successful delivery throughout the entire integration lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Strategic Finance, Legal, and Operations leadership during due diligence to evaluate integration complexity, timelines, resource needs, and significant risks.
• Convert due diligence insights into a practical integration roadmap that includes resource plans, sequencing, costs, and milestones.
• Facilitate synergy realization and value capture (cost savings, growth, operational enhancements), ensuring measurable tracking and accountability.
• Act as the senior relationship owner collaborating with executive leadership and physician leaders.
• Make enterprise trade-offs and prioritization decisions related to integrations.
• Provide an integration perspective that informs deal structuring and post-close operational assumptions, including value capture opportunities and execution dependencies.
• Establish, manage, and enforce integration governance, including success metrics, executive reporting, and risk identification and mitigation across the integration portfolio.
• Identify systemic and enterprise risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Oversee and govern enterprise-wide integration across cross-functional integration workstreams, including clinical operations, technology/systems, revenue cycle, finance, supply chain, human capital, and compliance, ensuring aligned execution, risk mitigation, and achievement of integration goals.
• Partner with Technology and Clinical leadership to drive system implementations and enterprise platform adoption during integrations.
• Design and scale the integrations organization, including team leadership, resource planning, and capacity management aligned with integration volume and complexity, focusing on long-term scalability, sustainability, and growth enablement.
• Develop resourcing models and capacity planning in line with growth objectives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support our mission of enhancing the lives of individuals living with cancer.
• Over 10 years of experience in the healthcare sector.
• More than 5 years of experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with visibility at the executive level.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional integrations or enterprise transformations, ideally within the healthcare or community oncology fields.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing repeatable integration playbooks and expanding integration capabilities across a portfolio.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to support integrations across various locations.
