Senior Director, Integrated Marketing

📋 Description

• Oversee and guide a team of marketers to execute high-quality marketing campaigns.

• Spearhead go-to-market marketing strategies for new product launches.

• Craft GTM plans and manage launches that promote robust initial user acquisition and sustained revenue growth.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the implementation of comprehensive and measurable marketing strategies.

• Create and manage processes for the smooth execution of integrated marketing activities.

• Act as an active marketer when necessary.

• Handle the daily execution of marketing initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Over 15 years of experience in integrated marketing, product marketing, or a hybrid role (12 years with a Master’s degree).

• A minimum of 4 years in a leadership position.

• Demonstrated leadership experience with the capacity to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proven skills in presentation delivery.

• Strategic mindset and analytical capabilities with a data-driven perspective.

• Highly organized and meticulous.

• Familiarity with digital marketing channels, social media platforms, content marketing, and PR/partnership strategies.

• A consumer-focused approach to customer engagement.

• Capacity to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic setting while managing multiple projects concurrently.
