Senior Director, Integrated Facilities Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee all Engineering Services and Integrated Facilities Management activities throughout JLL's Southeast region

• Deliver exceptional, proactive client support to ensure high satisfaction levels 24/7, 365 days a year

• Act as the primary contact with complete responsibility for Engineering and Facility Management account matters and escalations in the Southeast

• Manage all components of Engineering Services and Facilities systems, including Asset Management, Operations, Vendor performance, Safety, and Reporting

• Foster integration with other service lines including Project Management, Market Planning, Occupancy Planning, Transactions, and COE platforms

• Propel outstanding performance through effective people management, mentoring teams toward proactive, value-added advisory relationships

• Engage with peers across regions and functions to ensure the consistent execution of global initiatives

• Develop and maintain quality assurance programs to enhance client satisfaction and promote continuous improvement

• Promote energy efficiency and accurate energy data through PEERs, utilizing site teams

• Ensure thorough compliance with Safe Work practices, particularly concerning energized work, working at heights, and confined spaces

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in Accounting, Business, Architecture, Real Estate, Engineering, or Construction Management

• Proficient in advanced computer skills (MS Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Must be a resident of Florida

• Willingness to travel throughout Florida, Georgia, and Alabama

• Availability for after-hours and weekend shifts to respond to facility emergencies
