This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
β’ Delivers strategic HR leadership and expert advice to our US & Global Operations organization for all personnel processes, implementing HR programs and services to meet key business goals.
β’ Proactively identifies, develops, and executes value-added HR strategies and solutions tailored to the organization's needs; collaborating with functional leaders to resolve complex challenges related to organization design, development, and change leadership.
β’ Collaborates with Talent teams to formulate strategies and tactics that advance the people and talent strategy for the US & Global Operations organizations, focusing on the attraction, development, and retention of high-quality talent in line with growth objectives, long-term capability requirements, and corporate strategy.
β’ Establishes strong partnerships with HR specialist functions to provide HR solutions addressing critical business needs and to implement programs that improve overall employee engagement and facilitate organizational change initiatives.
β’ Oversees the implementation and management of essential HR processes, including the year-end performance management cycle (performance assessment, calibration, and compensation planning).
β’ Handles employee relation matters to understand employee concerns and to identify and execute suitable employee actions and accountability measures.
β’ Offers guidance and coaching to managers at all levels to tackle employee behavior and performance issues, aiding in the development and communication of appropriate performance feedback or action plans, including corrective or disciplinary measures.
β’ 10 years of experience or a comparable combination of education and experience in HR business partnering, employee relations, or a related field, with a profound understanding of the biotech/pharma industry. Experience collaborating with field-based commercial entities is essential.
β’ Proven experience in creating and executing HR plans and strategies that support a US & Global Operations organization both domestically and internationally.
β’ Extensive background in talent management, succession planning, leadership and employee development, employee relations, employee engagement, data & analytics, and diversity & inclusion.
β’ Strong experience in managing and leading culture and change management or organizational effectiveness initiatives.
β’ Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, exceptional judgment, and highly developed analytical, interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
β’ Ability to simplify complex information into key messages, effectively communicating in a clear and compelling manner to all organizational levels.
β’ Experience in leading large-scale projects, comfortable steering change and embracing innovation amidst ambiguity and complexity.
